BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Your questions,
clearly answered.

Start here, then ask us about your own circumstances.

What happens at a UK pre-consultation?

You meet a TAG coordinator to discuss your goals, questions and available records. We explain the coordination process and help arrange the next step. Diagnosis and clinical recommendations come from your qualified treating clinician.

How will I receive my treatment plan?

The treating provider reviews the available information and explains any further assessment needed. An initial proposal may change after an in-person examination and appropriate investigations. Ask for a written plan and an explanation of the available options.

What is included in my quotation?

Your written quotation should list the treatment, travel or accommodation services included, payment stages and any exclusions. Additional procedures, flights or follow-up travel are included only when expressly stated in your agreed package.

Can you help organise flights, hotels and transfers?

We help coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements according to your agreed package. Confirm your clinical schedule and all inclusions before purchasing flights.

How many visits will I need?

This depends on the treatment and your individual assessment. Some plans require separate treatment stages and healing time. Your treating team will explain the expected visits, length of stay and possible changes.

What support is available after I return home?

TAG remains a coordination contact to help you communicate with your treating provider and organise agreed follow-up. The clinical provider is responsible for medical advice and treatment. The scope and costs of any additional care or return travel should be explained in your plan.

Do I have to decide at my first appointment?

No. Take time to ask questions, consider your options and review the written information before deciding whether to proceed.
